04/17/2024	Daily Digest: About 100 daily digest emails sending to the domain of 'pku.edu.cn' were not delivered due to a SPF matching issue. This issue does not seem to be on our side. We will monitor this situation. If the problem remains, we will suspend the daily digest email service for these affected users. Update: the problem was resolved on 04/18.
04/09/2024	User Console, Daily Digest: Website started to experience access issues at 08:58AM. Services came back at 09:39AM.
04/02/2024-04/03/2024	Daily Digest: Arxiv export service did not release new papers as usual. As a result, we did not send out daily digests to users whose selected interests are covered by Arxiv. Daily digests of 04/02 and 04/03 are available online.
03/31/2024	Account Management: A number of the "Account Creation Confirmation" emails sending to Yahoo emails were not delivered in time. Update: This issue was addressed on the same day.
01/12/2024.	Daily Digest: Arxiv export service did not release new papers as usual. As a result, we did not generate daily digests for users whose selected interests are particially covered by Arxiv. Today's digest will be available online once the issue is fixed on the Arxiv side.

10/16/2023-10/17/2023	Daily Digest: Arxiv export api had been unstable since 10/16/2023. As a result, we had been struggling to download new papers. Daily digest emails were NOT sent out for 10/16 and 10/17 due to this. Daily digests for these days are now available online. Update: Arxiv has already notified us that this issue has been resolved.
09/30/2023	Text Rewriter: text rewriter service went down at ~10:20AM due to AWS hardware errors. Service came back at ~11:20AM.
05/07/2023	User Console: At 10:00AM on 05/07/2023, website started to experience connection issues. Site came back at 11:05AM.
